1. HEALTH CARE PLACEMENT SERVICE

Our objective is to save you time and costs in recruiting and hiring by providing staff who will contribute to your health care organization expertise, knowledge and high quality patient care with professionalism and integrity.  We represent candidates primarily from the United States and other English speaking countries to work abroad.

Customer service is our first priority to you and the candidates we represent.   Our placement services include:

• Initial screening  via telephone or Skype of candidates for appropriate skill level, adaptability, character, initiative and commitment
• Checking references and verifying credentials 
• Referring candidates with appropriate registration/licensing/validation
• Provide candidate details and references to you
• Facilitate telephone interviews with you and candidate via phone or Skype
• Assisting candidate and your organization with immigration processing (if required)
• Coordinating arrival in new location and follow up support after arrival
• Personalized attention by meeting you in person soon after a candidate has started work

Fees are on a contingency basis.  If we place a candidate with you we have a one time placement fee dependent on the experience and clinical expertise of the candidate.  We have set fees that we believe are reasonable and fair.  It is our policy to customize rates that will meet your needs and that of your organization.
